During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

D 5. Shyabru for Lama hotel. 2390m. 5h.

Note: Climbing treks needs good physical fitness and sound health.
Need to bring 4 passport size photos for trekking permits and for visa.

Price Includes: .All the trek full board. IN TREKS: Fresh meals are prepared by cook and cook helpers. Accompaniment by a professional guide and a porter for 2 people, to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg from 2 people). All the transportation in local bus during trekking. In Kathmandu: Receiption and welcome at the airport, transfers to hotel/airport. 2 star Hotel in Kathmandu with breakfast. Quite Hotel with restaurant, in Thamel. Trekking Permits, Peak permits, and national parks fees.

Price not include: Meals in Kathmandu (except with breakfast), drinks, (except teas or coffee of the breakfast). entrances fees of monuments, cities and museums, Nepali visa (30 dollars cash), your travel insurance, plane from your country and airport taxes.
