FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Trekking progam
Day 1. Arrivel in Kathmandu welcome at the airport and transfer in hotel.
Day 2. Kathmandu, free day.
Day 3. Departure from Kathmandu by local bus for Dhunche1950m. 6h
Day 4. Dhunche to Shyabru. 2130m. 5h
Day 5. Shyabru to Llama hotel. 2390m. 5h.
Day 6. Lama hotel to Langtang village. 3520m. 5h.
Day 7. Langtang - Kyanging Gompa. 3850m. 3h
Day 8. Kyanging - Ascension of the Kyangin Ri. 4770m and return to Kyanging
Day 9. Kyanging - Ascension of the Tsergo Ri. 4980m. Return to Kyanging
Day 10. Kyanging Gompas, rests and visits.
Day 11. Kyanging - Ascension of Yala peak. 5550m. Return to Kyanging
Day 12. Kyanging - of the Tsergo Peak 5750m. Return to Kyanging.
Day 13. Kyanging -departure to the Lang Shisha base camp, Ascension of the Lang Shisha (6427m) and return to the base camp. About 8 to 9h.
Day 14. Return from base camp to Kyanging Gompa. 6h
Day 15. Kyanging - (rest)
Day 16. Kyangin Gompa departure to Ngegang 4100m. 5 h
Day 17. Ngegang departure by the Ganja La pass, 5121 m, to Keldang 4300m. 5h
Day 18. Keldang to Dukpu 4020 m. 6 h
Day 19. Dukpu to TarkeGhyang 2560 m. 5 h
Day 20. Tarkeghyang departure to Sermathang. 2620 m. 5h
Day 21. Sermathang departure early in the morning for Gyalthum, 2 Rivers Lodge. Night in lodge. Place of our Humanitarian Help.
Day 22. Back to Kathmandy by local bus.
Day 23. Transfer airport 3hours before your plane leaving time.
Note: This climbing Trek need good physical fitness, walking and climbing experiance and sound health. Need to bring 4 passport size photos for trekking permits and for visa.
If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle for go and back from trek, please consult us.

Price include: Whole the trek in full board. TREKS IN TENT. Accompaniment by a professional mountain Guide and a porter for 2 peoples to carry your luggage (maximum 20 kg for 2 people). Trekking team with professional Guide, cook and porters. Lodging under tent, meal prepared by the cook. In Kathmandu, reception at the airport, transfers to hotel/airport. 2 stars hotel with breakfasts. Shower & Hot water. Quite Hotel with restaurant, in Thamel centers. Trekking Permits and national parks.
Price not include:. Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu (except the breakfasts), drinks, (except teas or coffee of the breakfast). Entrances of monuments, cities and museums, nepali visa (30 dollars cash), your insurance, plane from your country and airport taxes.
