During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

PRICE INCLUDES: TREKS IN TENT: All treks is in full board. All the transports (go/back on the places of trek and during the trek). Accompanied by a professional high mountain English speaking guide Guide, Climbing Sherpa ( Sherpa of altitude) and one porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg from 2 persons). Trek equipment, professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent, meals are prepared by cook. IN KATHMANDU: Welcome at the airport, transfer hotel/airport. Comfortable 2 star hotel (in center of Thamel) with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, Trekking permit. Reconfirmation of your return plane ticket. IN POKHARA: Standard hotel with breakfast near lake.

INSURNANCE
All participant have to give a cop of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate fott the trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
