During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

D 02. Departure form Nepalganj to Juphal by Plane and trek to Dunai. 2250 m. 3 h
D 03. Dunai to Tharakot 2700 m. 5 h
D 04. Tharakot to Lahini 3200 m .5 h
D 05. Lahini to Naure Odar 3100 m. 6 h
D 06. Naure Odar to the Dho village 4000 m. 6 h
D 07. Acclimation day and Visit the villages of the Tsarap valley and of the Ri Bhumpa and Bon-Po monasteries.
D 08. Dho depart to a Camp before Nun La pass. Camp near 4100 m.
D 09. Cross the Nun La pass at 5360 m, and climb down to 4200 m.6 h
D 10. Depart to Bagla La Pass 5090 m, and way out for Roman. 3800 m. 5 h

PRICE INCLUDING : Trek in Full board after departure by plane from Nepalganj and to Nepalganj. All trek in tent, nepali trek team with english speaking professional guide. Cook and kitchen boy to prepare all the meals and porters carry all the baggage. The domestic flights Kathmandou- Nepalganj -Juphal and Juphal-Nepalganj- Kathmandu includes . Permits of trekking and of national park . IN KATHMANDU: Reception at airport, transfers your hotel. Reconfirmation of your return tickets.

Price not include: Your insurance. Hotel, Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Nepalganj. The drinks (out of tea or coffee during breakfast). Entrances of the monuments, cities and museums, nepali visa (30 dollars in cash) and the airport taxes, your insurance, plane tickets form your country.

INSURNANCE
All participant have to give a cop of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate fott the trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
