FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

An important trek of Nepal. Altitude maximum 5415m Thorong peak. This trek takes place in lodges, and under tent for the part of the Tilicho Lake

Including 4 night hotel in Kathmandu & Pokhara with breakfast
Note: Normally 3 nights trek in but now there is enough lodges so we do trek in lodges. Tents are not necessary.

Day .1.Arrive in Kathmandu, welcome at the airport and transfer at Hotel. (Hotel include)
Day.2. Free day in Kathmandu.( Hotel included)
Day.3. Departure by local bus for Besishar (950m) from Kathamandu.
Day.4. Departure from Bensisahar for Nagdi. 930m . 6h
Day.5. Nagdi for Jagat. 1300m - 6h
Day.6. Jagat for Dharapani .1943m. 6h.
Day.7 . Dharapani for Chame. 2713m . 6h1/2
Day.8. Chame, départ for Pisang. 3292m . 5h
Day.9. Pisang, for Manang. 3351m - 4h
Day 10. Manang, Rest day for acclimatization and visit.
Day 11. Manang Departure for Tilicho base camp 5 to 6h.
Day.12. Tilicho base camp Departure for Tilicho lake . 4820m- 5h
Day.13. Tilicho lake Departure for Khangsar. 3734m- 6h
Day.14. Khangsar for Thorong Phedi. 4910m- 6h 1/2 Lodge
Day.15. Thorong Phedi for Muktinath 3798m, 8h, while passing by the collar of Thorong The to 5415m. This stage is particular violent wind begin in the collar from 8 hs of the morning... It is necessary to leave therefore about of Thorong Phedi to 2h of the morning to pass the collar in time. It is necessary to foresee some electric lamps therefore (frontal so possible) to be able to walk about of night during 3 hs.
Day.16. Muktinath for Marpha 2667m through Jomsom.
Day.17. Marpha for Lete, (2438m)
Day.18. Lete for Tatopani (eaux chaudes) 1189m.
Day.19. Tatopani for Ghorepani (2855m)
Day.20. Ghorepani for Birethanti (1480m)
Day.21. Leaving Birethanti Suiket (1113m) for Pokhara 915m by Local bus. Hotel near the Lack. (Hotel Included).
Day.22. Pokhara departure by Tourist bus for Kathmandu, returne to same hotel. (Hotel Included)
Day 23. Transfer to airport 3 hour before your plane leaving time.

Price includes: All the trek in full board. TREK IN LODGE. Accommodation and meal in the Lodges (local good food ordered by the guide). All the transports (to and from the points of trek and during the trek). Accompanying by a professional english speaking guide and a porter for 2 persons, to carry your bags (maximum 20kg from 2 persons).
IN KATHMANDU: Welcome at the airport, transfer hotel/airport. 2 star hotel in Thamel with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, Trek national park permit . Reconfirmation of return ticket. IN POKHARA: Standard hotel near lake.
NOTE: If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle for go and back from trek, please consult us.
