During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs.

This region is very popular trekking region in Nepal. It is very beautiful for its panoramic mountain scenery. Trek in this region can be started from Besishar and Pokhara.with many options of trek for the those who like to do long or short treks. Trekers they have to walk through Green fields of Paddy and Banana , Oak, Bamoo, Pine, Rhododendron and many kinds of other trees lined up. This region contains high desert places, high passes, religious places , holly places and historic furriers towns. This trek gives you ample opportunity to observe the JomsomCulture and life style at a glance with a half dozen of ethnic groups. On this region there is great view of mountains like Dhulagiri , Annapurna, Nilgiri, Butterfly range, Fishtail, Manaslus, Thapa peak, Tukuche peak etc If any person like crossing the Throng la pass (5416 M) required to have good health, walking experience and excellent physical fitness.

INSURNANCE
All participant have to give a cop of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate fott the trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
