FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs.

STAY IN CHITWAN Price includes :
In full Board from arrival to departure in Chitwan. By tourist bus ticket for Kathmandu-Chitwan-Kathmandu. Lodging in bungalow hotel inside the jungle near the National Park. Boarding & Lodging. The indicated visits in the program of The National Park. The entrance fee of the park.

Price not includes:
The drinks. The personal visits not indicated in the program.

PROGRAM 4 DAYS : (Additional days is possible):

Day 1 : Departure from hotel (7 o'clock in the morning) by bus for Chitwan with a break for the lunch. Lodging at a hotel in full board from arrival to departure
Day 2 : CHITWAN : visit of wild life by jeep with a guide and canoe on river for see crocodiles
Day 3 : Elephant riding to visit Rhinoceros ande see others wild animals. In evening Tarou music and danse.
Day 4 : Departure from Chitwan for Kathmandu by tourist bus .

INSURNANCE
All participant have to give a copy of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate in trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
